Writers retain copyright ownership of all original content they publish on our platforms. By publishing content on our platforms, you grant Rinik Tech Company Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platforms.

All platform branding, design, software, and non-user content is the intellectual property of Rinik Tech Company Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Writer Monetisation

Rinik Tech operates a writer monetisation programme on KP Novel and related platforms. Writers may earn revenue through subscriptions and pay-per-content models. Payment terms, eligibility criteria, and payout schedules are outlined in the Writer Agreement, which supplements these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the monetisation programme with reasonable notice.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Where applicable, subscription fees and purchase prices are clearly displayed before payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of our platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability.
